BCA Entrance Exam Notice 2083 - Tribhuvan University

Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Office of the Dean, has announced the entrance examination for admission to the Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) program for the academic session 2026 (2083/84 B.S.).

• Online Application Period: Ashadh 15 – Shrawan 20, 2083 (June 29 – August 5, 2026)
• Late Application (Double Fee): Shrawan 21 – 25, 2083 (August 6 – 10, 2026)
• Application Mode: Apply online through the official portal
• Entrance Examination Fee: Rs. 1,500 (payable via eSewa or Khalti; non-refundable)
• Written Entrance Examination Date: August 16, 2026 (Shrawan 31, 2083) at 8:00 AM
• Entrance Examination Center: To be published later

Eligibility Criteria

For students who passed Grade 12 in 2079 B.S. onward:

• Minimum D grade in each subject of Grades 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 1.8 or higher, or
• Second division in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline, or
• Students who have completed Grade 11 and are awaiting Grade 12 results may also apply, but must submit Grade 11 and 12 documents at the time of admission

For students who passed Grade 12 before 2079 B.S.:

• Minimum D+ grade in each subject of Grades 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 2.0 or higher, or
• Second division in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline

• All applicants must have their forms approved by the respective campuses between 5 to 20 August 2026.
