The college has got state-of-the-art computer, physics, hardware, and digital labs for easy and free broadband internet to enhance the deep learning of the technology. Fully equipped separate labs for Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Hotel Management. and Computer with 24 hours broadband internet facility

To enhance an efficient and holistic teaching/ learning process, the college has a library along with course books, reference books, journals, famous literary books, etc.

Sports/ Playground

Besides sound and continual learning, BernHardt encourages students to spend some of their time away from the textual world on different extracurricular activities as well. The college organizes Sports Week, Intra and Inter College Sports Tourney which helps students to facilitate them to know their friends of different streams and batches so that they can spend memorable and quality time together.

Eligibility 

For Admission in B.Sc CSIT program:

• Students seeking admissions in B.Sc CSIT program must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board with at least 'C' Grade in all subjects;
• Students must pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University.

For Admission in BBM program:

• Must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 'D+' Grade in all subjects from a recognized board;
• Students must pass the CMAT entrance exam conducted by the University.

For Admission in BCA program:

• Students must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 'D+' Grade in all subjects from a recognized board;
• Students must pass the entrance examination conducted by the University.

For Admission in BA, BSW and BBS programs:

• Students must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 'D+' Grade in all subjects from a recognized board;
• Students must pass the entrance examination conducted by the College.

For Admission in MBS program:

• Students must have completed Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University;
• Students must have passed the entrance examination conducted by the University.

For Admission in Plus Two Science:

• Completed SEE or its equivalent examinations from a recognized board securing a minimum 2.6 GPA.

For Admission in Plus Two Management and Humanities:

• SEE passed or its equivalent examinations from a recognized board securing a minimum 2 GPA.

Admission to BernHardt is highly competitive. The best students apply and they need to go through a fair but rigorous selection process.

Application Form

TU Entrance Examination Application form is available at all colleges offering BSc. CSIT Program. Applicants should submit these forms duly filled in with supporting academic documents by the stipulated date and time.

TU Entrance Exam 

The institute of Science and Technology (Tribhuvan University) conducts the Entrance Examination for B.Sc CSIT program. The Entrance Questions asked are from English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Sample Test Papers can be collected from BernHardt along with the TU Application forms. Getting through this Exam is mandatory for admission

BernHardt Admission Form

Successful students in the TU Entrance Exam should fill in the BernHardt Admission Form. Students submitting TU Entrance Exam forms from any other college are also eligible to apply here.

Personal Interview

The aspiring students need to appear for the Personal Interview immediately after the Entrance result. Students should come along with their Parents/Guardian for the Interview.

Enrollment

After the successful appearance in the Interview the applicant should enroll by paying the prescribed fee within given time.
