- Entrance Exam form submission deadline: Upto Shrawan 26, 2080
- For Diploma/Certificate (Scholarship): Bhadra 02, 2080; 8 AM onwards
- For Diploma/Certificate (Full Fee-Paying): Bhadra 06, 2080; 8 AM onwards

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has published an entrance examination notice for new admissions in various Certificate and Diploma Level programs (except Diploma in Pharmacy, PCL in General Medicine, and PCL Nursing) for the fully paid schemes for the academic year 2080.

Eligibility for Diploma Programs
- Passed SLC by taking compulsory Mathematics, English and Science subjects from a recognized educational institution.
Or,
- 1.6 GPA out of 4.0 in SEE with compulsory English, Mathematics and Science subjects in the exam.
Or,
- Passed with 68.33 percent marks in the total marks of the technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level related to the program conducted by the CTEVT.

Required documents
- 2 recent passport-size color photographs showing apparent facial features,
- Photocopy of the educational qualification certificate of SLC/SEE or equivalent,
- In the case of those who passed SLC/SEE or a similar examination from countries other than Nepal, a certified copy of equivalence is determined by the body designated by the Government of Nepal.
