Geetamata Higher Secondary School, established in 2017 B.S. aims to provide quality education and has grown to become leading center for education in community based within a span of its history. The school is situated in Kathmandu Metropolitan city ward No. 15 Bijeshwari. lt has persuaded education excellency and accessible educational programs that respond to the need for academic enrichment in higher level and professional development to the large mass of the community, and it has promoted higher secondary programs in 2057 B.S.

GMC aims to impart quality education that enables students to meet the challenges of the 21st century. It intends to provide life changing environment and life long success with high academic standards and individual attention in portable classes with the use of curriculum based on HSEB and TU. It has proposed to expand Science stream in+2 and Education and Humanities faculties in Bachelor Level.

Geetamata Higher Secondary School institution has observed the Golden jubilee, inaugurated by honorable First President of Nepal Dr.Ram Baran Yadav, on 8th Baishakh 2068 B.S. to celebrate its 50 years of establishment.
