Jan Jyoti Secondary School, established in 2028 B.S., is located in Phosretar, Kamalamai Municipality-5, Milanchowk, Sindhuli. The school offers education from Play Group (PG) to Grade 12 and is affiliated with the National Examination Board (NEB) for its secondary level programs.

In addition to general education, it is recognized as a Technical Education in Community School (TECS). It offers technical and vocational training programs in affiliation with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
