Admission Guidelines
ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates must have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Only the latest SEE or equivalent results will be considered for admission into Class XI.
- For other courses offered by Xavier Academy, candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria published prior to the admission period.
- Note: Eligibility criteria may vary from year to year. Applicants are strongly advised to confirm the latest requirements with the college before applying.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Applicants must fill out the official application form.
- The completed form must be submitted along with:
- Latest mark sheets and academic transcripts
- Relevant certificates
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Eligible candidates must appear for an Entrance Examination.
- Admission to Class XI will be based on:
- SEE examination results
- Entrance Examination score
- Performance in the entrance interview (for shortlisted candidates)
A similar admission process applies to all other courses offered by Xavier Academy.
APTITUDE TEST
The examination will consist of two parts:
Writing test (20 marks, duration: 15 minutes)
Computer-based test (50 marks, duration: 30 minutes)
The computer-based test will include objective-type questions based on the SEE syllabus, along with a few questions on GK/IQ
Marks will be given to all correct answers; there will be no negative marking.
The weightage of the subjects will be as follows:
