SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Gandaki is housed in a serene environment in Pokhara-15, Rambazar, and is operated by the SOS Kinderdorf International umbrella organization. Since 1982 AD, the school has been providing high-quality education to children from SOS Children's Village Gandaki as well as children from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Gandaki, located at a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city at Pokhara-15, Rambazar, and run under its umbrella organization SOS Kinderdorf International, is a not-for-profit educational organization and has been imparting quality education to the children from SOS Children’s Village Gandaki and the children from socially and economically backward strata since 1982 AD.
So the student composition is multi-pronged ranging from children on scholarship, children from SOS Childre's Village Gandaki, children of staff to the children on fee paying basis. Being a social service not-for-profit organization, it has been continuously providing its services to the society imparting quality education on affordable fees.
We are guided by what the founder of SOS Children’s Villages has said: “All the children of the world are our children”.

Library
SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Gandaki has managed a resourceful library combined with e-library with attractive interiors.
