ABOUT

Kanya Mandir Secondary School, established on Chaitra 14, 2003 BS (March 27, 1947 AD), is Nepal's first girl's school. It is located in the heart of Kathmandu in Ikhapokhari, Nhyokha. The school is affiliated with the National Examination Board (NEB) and offers ten plus two (10+2) programs in the Humanities, Education, and Management streams. 

The school provides a child-friendly environment with qualified, experienced teachers. Currently, the school offers pre-primary (Nursery/KG) classes up to grade 12. The school's education environment benefits from the support of many generous and helpful individuals. With their assistance, the school has also provided scholarships for underprivileged and talented students. Kanya Mandir Secondary School also has arrangements for subject-wise periodic visits.
