Gunaraj Pathak Memorial Nursing Campus (GPMNC) is established to honour the memory of one of the very famous social activist of Central region of Nepal-Gunaraj Pathak. This campus has been established with the specific purposes of training young girls to meet the growing demand for qualified nurses in Nepal and abroad. Since its beginning, the campus has been striving to impart quality education and training in nursing which is affordable to people from all sections of society.

Mission:

Our mission is to provide mid level health persons for promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services by providing qualitative, standard and holistic nursing care that will result in improving the health status of human being.

 

Aims and Objectives:

• Provide opportunity to the Nepalese woman to enter into nursing profession and help to develop it.
• Help to increase nurse-patient ratio by supplying knowledgeable skilful, self-confident and service-oriented nurses.
• To produce self reliant nursing personnel, a responsible citizen and contributory members of the society.
• To mould the student towards personality development in totality helping them into becoming responsible individuals.
• To provide personal counseling and set the students for total success in every walk of their life.
• To replace stereo typed teaching by innovative learning that helps to gear up the overall development of the students.
• To produce skilful nurses in meeting the country’s demand in the area of preventive, curative, promotive and rehabilitative health sector.
