Mechi Multiple Campus

The Mechi Multiple Campus is the constituent campus of Tribhuvan University. It is QAA Accreditated by University Grant Commission (UGC) Nepal on 6 March 2020, and the accreditation will be valid until 5 March 2025.

ABOUT

Mechi Multiple Campus established in 2021 BS (1964 AD) is the only constituent Campus of TU in Bhadrapur Municipality Corporation, Jhapa district Nepal. This campus has been fulfilling the social responsibility by providing higher education in nominal fees to all and the economical backward students. Initially the campus started with the proficiency certificate level, followed by graduation program and at present the campus has Post-Graduate programs.

The campus is planning to add new graduation and Post-Graduation program in Humanities, Management and Science to produce efficient, technically skilled, Job-Oriented man power to fulfill the social demands in the national and international level. Eventually it is planning to start Medical Science, Engineering and Tea Science. Besides the general subjects, the future plan is to make this institution a technical and Research-Oriented College.

Admission Guidelines

For Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA):

Students who have passed PCL or + 2 or equivalent examinations with minimum 40% marks or 2 CGPA (not less than D+ in single Subject) are eligible for admission in BCA program of Tribhuvan University.

For Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA):

Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from recognized academic institute with second division (securing 45% and above) or 1.8 CGPA are eligible to enroll in this program.

For MA in English/ MA in Nepali:

Any candidates having at least bachelor degree or above from any discipline from Tribhuvan University or any recognized Universities will be eligible to participate in entrance system.
The candidates should be able to secure their position in the entrance system based upon merit system will be eligible for admission.

For B.Sc in Tea Technology and Management:

+2, PCL Science or in any equivalent discipline

For Master of Business Studies (MBS):

The student applying for admission to to MBS course must have successfully completed the Bachelor's Degree any discipline from Tribhuvan University or from any other university recognized by Tribhuvan University.
The candidates should be able to secure their position in the entrance system based upon merit system will be eligible for admission.
