GEMS School

GEMS Institute of Higher Education (GIHE), the higher section of Graded English Medium School (GEMS), is located in Khumaltar, Dhapakhel, Lalitpur. GEMS School has been providing quality education from early grades to higher secondary level and is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Established in 2008, GIHE offers higher education from pre-university to A Level and Plus Two programs, with plans to introduce Bachelor’s and Master’s-level courses in Management, Biotechnology, and Information Technology in the future.

GIHE provides Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) A Level courses, offering both Science and Non-Science streams, as well as Plus Two Science and Management programs affiliated with the National Examination Board (NEB), Nepal. Students can choose from a variety of subject combinations that align with their interests and career goals. A dedicated team of professionals manages the academic programs and student development.

The institute features classrooms equipped with multimedia facilities, science laboratories for Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, and Physics, a computer lab, and a well-stocked library with updated books, reference materials, journals, and broadband internet access. Additionally, a multimedia room with an interactive board supports teachers in delivering lectures with visual aids. GIHE aims to provide a supportive learning environment that combines academic knowledge with practical skills, preparing students for higher education and professional pathways.
