Pokhara Engineering College is located in Phirke, Pokhara. It was established in 1999, aiming to shoulder overwhelming figures of technical students in the western region. It offers a bachelor-level program in Civil Engineering (96 Seats) Electronics and Communication (48 Seats) Computer Engineering (48 Seats) and 48 Seats in Architecture Engineering.
From the beginning of the day, Pokhara Engineering College has been attempting many possible steps to get into the technical solutions of even common problems. Continuous efforts from every touching employee and student contribute to Pokhara Engineering College to receive the perfect recognition from both national and international universities, companies, and research organizations as well.

Infrastructure & Facilities
Laboratories:
PEC is facilitated with Hi-Tech labs for all engineering streams. We have a large range of well-maintained labs for physics, chemistry and other engineering subjects. All the civil, computer, and architecture labs comply with all the standards, rules, and regulations as per the Nepal Engineering Council.
2. Library
• PEC owns a well-furnished, spacious library.
• It consists of more than 14 thousand textbooks and reference books.
• Enough number of tutorials, technical journals, magazines, periodicals, national daily newspapers, and CDs are additional assets of the PEC library.
• Digital library
• Each student can borrow 6 books in books from the library.
3. Internet Access
PEC provides a very good support and strong Internet access to all the students and staff in each and every corner of the college premises. The college has 35 Mbps broadband leased line internet connectivity. There are Wi-Fi zones within its premises. Each student and staff member has their own login credentials and email address with the college domain. Students can surf the internet and broaden their knowledge even during recess.
4. Cafeteria:
Good food is important for good health. PEC cafeteria majorly focuses on hygiene and caters fresh and delicious Indian, Nepali, and couple of continental foods as preferred by students and staff. PEC cafeteria is spacious and airy with all times WIFI connectivity.
5. Conference Hall:
PEC has a spacious mini conference hall to conduct various conferences, workshops, training, and defense sessions.
6. Play fields:
Sportsmanship grows leadership, team spirit, and cooperation. To boost sportsmanship in every student, PEC either organizes or participates in various sporting events. PEC is in absolute conviction that good health can only have a good brain. The college has different playfields like basketball courts, volleyball courts, and table tennis spots of its own. For outdoor sports like football and cricket, the college hires playgrounds outside the college premises.
