St. Mary Secondary School, Pokhara established in 1983 is an International Institution especially devoted to the education of youth. It is under the management of the sisters of the Congregation of Jesus founded by an English Lady, Mary Ward, in 1609.
St. Mary Secondary School welcomes girls from all communities, regardless of their status, caste, creed, or religion. Our commitment extends beyond mere academic instruction; we strive to nurture well-rounded individuals. Our education system focuses on developing strong character, a love for truth, respect, loyalty, a sense of justice, and the determination to work diligently. These qualities aim to honor womanhood and enable our students to be sources of happiness and blessings in their communities.
Since 2008, St. Mary Secondary School has expanded its curriculum to include admissions for Class 11 and 12, offering both Science and Management streams. We emphasize physical training, social and cultural activities, and a variety of extracurricular engagements to cultivate disciplined and responsible citizens. Our value education program instills essential values and attitudes, preparing our students for future challenges.
