Admissions Open for Bachelor of Engineering Programs at Pokhara University School of Engineering

Updated Notice

Pokhara University, Faculty of Science and Technology, School of Engineering announces admission for students who passed the entrance exam on Ashwin 13, 2080. Students in the merit order list from 401 to 627 will be accepted on Ashwin 26, 2080. Students must register by the specified day and time as mentioned on the notice.

It is necessary to be present at the School of Engineering's office in Dhungepatan, Kaski on that day because admissions will be handled using the SPOT ADMISSION technique.

Students have to bring certificates of educational qualification (Citizenship, SEE, HSEB) along with 2 copies of photographs, 1/1 copy of all certified documents and admission fee.

Note: Student will be automatically removed from the merit list if they do not appear in the roll order during the admission procedure at the designated time.

Information Regarding Entrance Examination: 

• Online Application form is available HERE.
• Duly filled up online admission form with recently taken passport-size photograph attached.
• The Total fee for the application form and entrance examination of NRs.1600 can be deposited through Bank details.
• Entrance Card can be printed by the applicant two (2) days before the entrance examination date.
• Applicants must bring an Entrance Card to the exam hall to appear in the examination.

Eligibility

Eligibility: 10+2 Science/Intermediate Level Science/Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent as recognized by Pokhara University with minimum 45% or second division / "C" Grade (final of theory & practical) in each subject on grade 11 and 12.

Fee Structure

Total Fees for 4 years are as per the following

BE Civil BE Civil and Rural	NRs. 6,23,000.00 with NRs. 20000.00 refundable deposits.
BE Electrical and Electronics BE Computer BE Software	NRs. 5,87,000.00 with NRs. 20000.00 refundable deposits.
