Early Years

At Genius, the Early Years Programme aims to provide a unique educational journey designed to cultivate the potential within each learner, fostering a love for learning and creating a solid foundation that ensures every child not only thrives today but also grows into a well-rounded individual prepared for the challenges of the future. The school recognizes the critical importance of the early years in shaping a learner's development. The Programme is meticulously crafted to provide a stimulating and supportive environment for children aged 3 to 5 years, fostering intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development.

Primary Years Program

IBPYP is the curriculum framework designed for students aged 3 to 12. It is an inquiry-based learning program guided by six trans-disciplinary themes of global significance in connection with six different subject areas, helping to develop conceptual understanding by using knowledge and skills to develop values that help them contribute to the world as responsible global citizens. It helps children to become caring, independent learners who are capable of thinking for themselves and taking responsibility for their own learning.

One of the most important features of the IBPYP is the 6 trans-disciplinary themes that create opportunities for children to stretch the width and depth of knowledge to develop a better understanding of the human, physical, and non-physical world around them. Each PYP grade explores the six transdisciplinary themes in a year which allows learners to look into a wide range of knowledge and concept areas that represent the core commonality of the humans sharing this globe.

At Genius IB World School, the culmination of our Primary Years Programme (PYP) journey is celebrated through the much-anticipated PYP Exhibition. This annual event showcases the incredible growth, creativity, and inquiry skills of our students. The PYP Exhibition is a platform where young minds delve into real-world issues, conducting in-depth research and presenting their findings with passion and conviction. It is a testament to their commitment to fostering critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills. Students not only showcase their academic achievements but also their ability to make meaningful connections to the world around them.
