Purbanchal University, Faculty of Engineering, invites applications for the undergraduate level entrance examination 2083 (2026) for bachelors of engineering under its affiliated/constituent campuses/colleges.

Deadline (Regular Fee): 2083 Shrawan 24 (until 12:00 midnight) (9 August 2026 AD)
Regular Application Fee: Rs. 2,000/- (Two thousand only)
Deadline (Late Fee): 2083 Shrawan 26 (until 12:00 midnight) (11 August 2026 AD)
Late Fee: Rs. 3,000/- (Three thousand only)
Exam Date & Center: To be published later
Official online application form must be filled through the Purbanchal University Faculty of Engineering entrance application portal.

Eligibility

BE (Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Communication and Automation, Geometric) / B.Arch Programs

The candidate must have passed +2 Science / A Level or equivalent examination (with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) with a minimum ‘C’ grade in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized academic institution, securing at least 45% aggregate marks or GPA 2.00.

BE (Biomedical) Program

The candidate must have passed +2 Science / A Level or equivalent examination (with Physics, Chemistry & Biology) with a minimum ‘C’ grade in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized academic institution, securing at least 45% aggregate marks or GPA 2.00.

How to Apply

Interested applicants must:

Select their desired school, campus, or college.
Fill out the online entrance examination application form via the official link provided.
Upload scanned copies of all required original documents in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.
Submit the application along with the required documents within the deadline.

Regarding Application Process and Other Arrangements

Schools/campuses/colleges will verify the uploaded documents of applicants within the specified time frame.
Applications without uploaded fees and required documents will not be accepted.
Applicants are solely responsible for errors, incomplete forms, or missing documents, and such applications may be rejected.
Entrance application fees are non-refundable.

Scholarship Provision

Scholarships will be provided as per Purbanchal University Scholarship Regulations 2078 (amended 2080).
A total of 10% scholarships are allocated:
- 5% Merit-based
- 5% Reserved category
Applicants under the reserved category must:
- Select the appropriate category in the application form
- Upload all required supporting documents in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format
Detailed documents must also be uploaded as per the “Pre-Entrance Examination, Scholarship Arrangements and Integrated Procedure for Scholarship Entrance Examination 2078”.

Students awaiting final transcripts after Class 12 results may apply using Class 11 and 12 mark sheets/grade sheets.
However, final transcripts and character certificates must be submitted before the final admission deadline.
Applicants awaiting results of irregular examinations may also apply under the same condition.
