Date Extension Notice

Purbanchal University has announced an extension for the online application deadline for re-admission exams in its undergraduate engineering programs.

Following a resolution by the University's Engineering Faculty Admission Committee on Kartik 22, 2081, the deadline for submitting re-admission exam forms for Bachelor of Engineering (BE) programs at both affiliated and constituent campuses has been extended.

Re-Entrance Notice

Purbanchal University School of Engineering invites online application forms for the re-entrance examination for the academic session 2081/082 (2024).

As per the decision of the Faculty Study and Research Committee under the Faculty of Engineering, Purbanchal University, this notice is published for candidates who could not participate in the entrance exam for various reasons and who wish to take the re-entrance exam for engineering programs (BE in Civil, Computer, Electronics Communication & Automation, Electrical, Geomatic, Biomedical) and B. Arch.

Candidates who wish to participate in the entrance exam are required to fill out the application form mandatorily through the online system.

Applicants should select their preferred school, campus, or college and complete the online application form. The prescribed fee must be paid, and scanned copies of required documents (in JPEG/JPG/PNG format) should be uploaded by the required date.
Institutions are responsible for verifying applications and uploading documents online within the designated timeframe. Incomplete applications lacking the necessary documents and fees will not be accepted.

The applicants must submit the duly filled admission forms and the original copy of their academic certificates within the deadline.

Eligibility

BE (Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics Communication and Automation, Geomatic) / B. Arch Programs

The Candidate must have passed +2 Science/A level or Equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) with minimum 'C' Grade in English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from any recognized academic institution with minimum 45% marks or GPA 2.00 in aggregate.

BE (Biomedical) Program

The Candidate must have passed +2 Science/A level or Equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry & Biology) with minimum 'C' Grade in English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology from any recognized academic institution with minimum 45% marks or GPA 2.00. in aggregate.

Scholarship Provision

Scholarships are awarded according to the Purbanchal University Scholarship Regulations 2078 (amended 2080), with 10% of scholarships allocated (5% based on merit and 5% reserved). Applicants in the reserved category must select the appropriate group and upload all necessary documents in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.
