Tsho Rolpa Nursing College

Situated in Charikot Bazar, Dolakha district, Tsho Rolpa Nursing College was established in 2008 A.D. with the primary aim of providing local girls of this district with the opportunity of obtaining recognized degrees in Nursing. The college has served the local society in two ways. The students of this college not only get an opportunity to earn their living but also are able to provide care to patients from the district. They need not to go to other places for their education. Students from any part of Nepal can also study in this college. It also aims at preparing competent nurses who will not only serve Nepal but also meet international demand.

Tsho Rolpa Nursing College offers PCL in Nursing (Staff Nurse) for 40 seats affiliated to CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal. It has produced three batches and almost all the students get job. 

Practical classes (clinical) and community services are held in Tsho Rolpa General Hospital, Charikot, Dolakha, which is the parent organization of the college and community service in its locality. Second year students are sent to Madhyapur Hospital Thimi, Baby Friendly Hospital, Panipokhari, Bhaktapur Hospital for practical approach. Third year students are sent to Bhaktapur Hospital, Dhading District Hospital, Gajure, PHC Hospital and Dolakha PHC Hospital.

Tsho Rolpa Nursing College provides lodging facilities to its students. There is a trained and experienced matron in the hostel. The college has a well-stocked library catering to the needs of students. Demonstration classes are held in the college lab which is equipped with modern facilities. The teaching faculty is well qualified, experienced and trained. The college also arranges visiting lecturers at regular intervals. Its own building is under construction in Charikot.
