About Us

Shree Nepal Rastriya Namuna Secondary School is located in Ward No. 4 of Madhuwan Municipality in Bardiya District. The school was established in 2025 BS as Nepal Rastriya Primary School, initiated by local teachers and social workers at that time, starting with class 1. In 2032 BS, the school received approval from the Government of Nepal to operate at the lower secondary level, expanding up to class 4. By 2042 BS, the school introduced secondary education, ultimately offering classes up to class 8, and sent its first batch of students for the SLC examination in 2045 BS.

In 2058 BS, the school began offering special classes for hearing-impaired students. It received approval to operate as a class 11 school in 2064 BS and transitioned to a secondary school. In 2070 BS, the school organized a Mahayagya, a significant religious gathering, to support the operations of its technical stream. Building on this foundation, the school introduced technical streams in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering in 2073 BS and has been operating in its current form since then.

On Asar 25, 2074 BS, the Government of Nepal declared the school a model school. Consequently, starting in 2076 BS, the school began offering a Science stream and is now recognized as one of the leading community schools in Bardiya District.

Classes from Grade 1 to Grade 5 are conducted in English medium. From Grade 6 to Grade 10, classes are offered in both English and Nepali mediums. At the higher secondary level (Grades 11 and 12), the school runs programs in Education, Science, and Management faculties. Under the technical stream, the school offers Diploma-level programs in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Additionally, under the Pre-Diploma level, a 24-month Electrical program is conducted as part of the Industrial Trainee program.
