धौलागिरी प्राविधिक शिक्षा प्रतिष्ठान

Dhaulagiri Prabidhik Shikshya Pratisthan is the first and only PCL-level technical college in the Dhaulagiri Zone, affiliated with CTEVT and accredited by the Nepal Health Professional Council and Nepal Nursing Council. Established in 2064 B.S., the college was founded through the dedicated efforts of respected social leaders in the region.

Located in Baglung Municipality 04, Dwaregaunda, the college is easily accessible as the paved highway connects Baglung to Pokhara (72 km east) and Kathmandu (275 km east). It also links to nearby towns such as Beni Bazar (13 km north), the headquarters of Myagdi, and Kusma Bazar (12 km south), the headquarters of Parbat.

Dhaulagiri Prabidhik Shikshya Pratisthan offers a diverse range of programs across health, engineering, and agriculture sectors. In the health field, it provides courses in Health Assistant, CMLT, and Diploma in Pharmacy. The engineering stream includes Diploma programs in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In the agriculture sector, the institution offers a Diploma in Agriculture with specializations in both Animal Science and Plant Science. Additionally, it it also offers short-term caregiver training programs.
