ABOUT
Damak Technical Education Foundation (DTEF) is dedicated toward edification of youth in building their careers as technically skilled manpower and corporate leaders of the nation creating their academic, philosophical and practical based which will enable them to work in management and IT field inside and outside the nation. This technical school was founded in 2065 B.S. with the objective of providing quality technical education and vocational training. It has now been the best destination for the local education and vocational training. It has new been the best destination for the local as well as nearest districts student ever since its establishment.
Damak Techical School offering Junior Computer Technician program and its sister organization Shreeyanta College offering B.Sc CSIT and BIM programs. Other than that it has been offering TLSC in Civil, Computer and Electrical Engineering, and TSLC programs in Lab Technology.
The institution has been supporting in an economic growth of the country and has been proving as one of the best institutions for technical education not only for the target group of its surrounding but for those who are from far remote areas of eastern and mid-western development of Nepal.

Admission Guidelines
Eligibility for B.Sc. CSIT program:
- Successfully completed a twelve year of schooling in the science stream or equivalent from any university, board or institution recognized by TU.
- Should have secured a minimum of second division in their +2 or equivalent or should have secured at least C in all subjects in Grade 11 and Grade 12.
- Passed A level in Science (have studied Physics and Mathematics of 100 marks) and passed at least in D Grade.
- Passed 3 Years Diploma in Computer Engineering program from CTEVT taking both Physics and Mathematics.
Admission Process:
A student should fill up the entrance application form from any of the affiliated or constituent colleges offering CSIT course and Should have successfully passed the entrance examination conducted by TU securing at least 35% marks.
(Note: Both Biology and Mathematics group of students of +2 level are eligible to apply for the course)
Eligibility for BIM
Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from recognized academic institute with second division (securing 45% and above) or 1.8 CGPA or Should have secured at least D in all subjects in Grade 11 and 12 are eligible to enroll in this program.
Admission Process:
A student should fill up the entrance application form(CMAT) from any of the affiliated or constituent colleges and passed in the entrance test(CMAT) conducted by the Faculty of Management(FOM), TU.CMAT test includes verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning and General awareness. Should have successfully passed the entrance examination conducted by TU securing at least 40 % marks.
Eligibility for TSLC Programs
- SLC pass
- Students should pass entrance examination administered by CTEVT
- They should submit the following documents including SLC pass certificate, Character certificate and Citizenship certificate (for the name, parents’ name, age, date of birth and address verification purpose only) at the time of application
- Final selection will be made on the basis merit list.
- The quota for different category of students will be as per the enrollment policy of CTEVT

Scholarship schemes are only for needy students who fall under the criteria and requirements of specific schemes. One needs to consult college administration before applying and you can get help further. One needs to care of various factors before applying for admission under scholarship scheme.
