Adarshraj Memorial English Secondary School is located in Latikoili, Surkhet. This secondary school is affiliated with National Examination Board (NEB) and offers plus two (10+2) programs n Science, Management and Humanities. 

The Secondary School was established in 1986 AD (2043 BS) as a publicly owned academic institute. Adarshraj Memorial English Secondary School provides 10+2 level programs with affordable fees structure and also provides scholarship schemes for deserving and poor students as per the decision of school management committee. 

This secondary school has been performing best result in NEB and school level since its establishment. It has been focusing toward extracurricular activities with modern teaching method.
