The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) is a four-year course of Tribhuvan University which is offered by many constituent and affiliated colleges of Tribhuvan University across the nation.

Eligibility

Minimum eligibility for admission in Bachelor of Science Program of Tribhuvan University:

(a) Must have passed Secondary Education 12 (Science) or Proficiency Certificate Level (I.Sc.) or an equivalent examination with English as a subject with at least 100 full marks.

For those wishing to study in the Biological Group, one must have passed with at least a Second Division in Chemistry and Biology subjects with 200/200 full marks each, or obtained a Final Grade C in both subjects. Must have passed other subjects with at least a GPA of 1.6.
For those wishing to study in the Physical Group, one must have passed with at least a Second Division in Physics and Mathematics subjects with 200/200 full marks each, or obtained a Final Grade C in both subjects. Must have passed other subjects with at least a GPA of 1.6.

(b) In the case of those who have studied A Level:

For those wishing to study in the Biological Group, one must have passed with a Final Grade D (with or without a small letter) in both Chemistry and Biology subjects. Must have passed other subjects with at least Grade E.
For those wishing to study in the Physical Group, one must have passed with a Final Grade D (with or without a small letter) in both Physics and Mathematics subjects. Must have passed other subjects with at least Grade E.

(c) In the case of educational qualifications obtained from institutions or universities other than the Government of Nepal's National Examination Board, a document of equivalence obtained from the Curriculum Development Centre, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, must be submitted.

Only applicants who pass the entrance examination (by scoring at least 35%) are eligible for enrollment in the constituent and affiliated colleges of Tribhuvan University.

Fee
