Salient Features
NCC Library was established along with the establishment of the Campus in 2021 BS. The NCC library is providing quality services to the students, teachers and research scholars, supporting teaching, research and other extension programme of the Campus.
NCC library has a highly specialized collection of 65 thousand documents in the field of Management. The collection includes books, Theses, Periodicals. The collection grows at an average rate of 2000 volumes per year. There is Issue and reference section separately to provide related services to the users.
Admission Guidelines
For MBM program
Eligibility to Apply
MBM program is open for both Nepalese and non-Nepalese nationals who have successfully completed the bachelor and master degree program in any discipline from Tribhuvan Universtiy and any other universities recognized by Tribhuvan University with a minimum second division marks.
Admission Procedure
Students applying for the MBM program must fill in the application blank with all details of their personal information and past academic records. The completed form must submit to the college with the payment of test fee and the selection of students shall be based on a three-stage screening process that includes written test, individual presentation, and personal interview.
Written Test
- FOM shall conduct a Master of Business Management Admission Test (MBMAT) that will test the basic ability of the students in verbal ability and quantitative ability.
- The test shall be based on the GMAT and GRE format.
Individual Presentations and Personal Interview
- On the basis of the performance in CMAT, candidates will be shortlisted for further process of admission
- The MBM program admission committee of Nepal Commerce Campus conducts the individual presentations and interviews for selecting desired number of candidates
- The maximum capacity of enrollment of students at MBM program of Nepal Commerce Campus is only 44 and out of which 40 students will be enrolled paying full fees and 4 of them will be provided 50 percent scholarship
- The admission committee of the Nepal Commerce Campus retains the authority of final approval for admission.
For MBS program:
Eligibility Condition for Admission for MBS program
The student applying for admission to to MBS course must have successfully completed the BBS programme or a bachelor degree on any discipline from Tribhuvan University or from any other university recognized by Tribhuvan University.
Admission Test
The Faculty of Management (FOM) shall conduct a Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) for the MBS level. Students eligible for MBS programme must sit in the CMT in order to qualify to apply for admission to the campuses offering the MBS programme. The FOM shall issue a score-sheet to each student appearing in the CMAT.
The test carries a full marks of 100 and it must be completed within 90 minutes.
Admission Procedure:
- Photocopy of S.L.C certificate- 1 copy
- Photocopy of S.L.C character certificate- 1 copy
- Photocopy of mark sheet of +2 level- 1 copy
- Photocopy of character certificate of +2 level- 1 copy
- Photocopy of mark sheet of bachelor level- 1 copy
- Photocopy of character certificate of bachelor level- 1 copy
- The original transcript and character certificate of bachelor just for verification.
For BBA, BIM, BHM, BBM programs
According to the Faculty of Management, students who have secured grade ‘C’ in all the subjects of 11 and 12 or a minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL or Equivalent in any discipline are eligible to get admission in BBA, BIM, BHM, BBM, programs depending upon their CMAT scores.
For BBS program
Students who have scored a minimum D+ in each subject of 10+2 are eligible to study BBS in Tribhuvan University.

Scholarships For BBS program at NCC
Scholarship will be provided by internal Exam. If candidate Passed the exam 2nd installment (RS 3885) will be free.
Scholarships For BBA program at NCC
- 100% tuition fee waiver to the semester topper.
- 50% tuition fee waiver to the second topper.
- Tuition fee waiver to four students among Dalits, Janajatis, Madhesis, and remote area.
- 50% of total fee to six students from community college and school as per the rules of office of the dean.
Scholarships For BBM program at NCC
- 50% fee waiver to 10% in the total number of students from community based +2 and S.L.C.
- Tuition fee waiver to four students among Dalits, Janajatis, Madhesis, and remote area.
- 100% tuition fee waiver to the Semester topper.
- 50% tuition fee waiver to the second topper.
Scholarships For MBM program at NCC
MBM program offers a financial award to the students in two categories.
- In the first category, out of the total students enrolled in the program, four students are awarded the financial support on the basis of the criteria developed by MBM Program of Nepal Commerce Campus. The priority is given to the students with their SLC from government schools, plus 2 levels from community colleges, and bachelor level from constituent campuses of Tribhuvan University.
- In the second category, student in semester topper in each semester has set to receive cash incentives as per the provision of management of MBM Program of the campus.
Scholarships For MBS program at NCC
Scholarship will be provided only after admission in T.U and participating in the internal examination according to the marks obtained by the students.
Other scholarships will be provided according to the campus rule.
