Established in 2048 BS, Kanya (Girls) Campus is a non-profit making, charitable, and community-based academic institute. Since its inception, it is constantly offering an opportunity only for girls to pursue their higher learning in a congenial environment. The promotion of female education is a strong pillar of the nation-building process; Kanya Campus basically works for 'Women Empowerment through qualitative higher education in the region.
Kanya Campus is devoted to developing competent human resources who are well educated, highly skilled, and trained, capable to accept the growing challenges of the ever-increasing competitiveness of the job environment.
The campus, through its extracurricular activities and programs, strongly supports its students to foster leadership and participative capability and builds up morale and self-confidence so that they are able to realize their true potentiality and sharpen their decision-making competence. Students are expected to be able to stand on their own by earning an excellent academic career.
Kanya Campus holds a glorious academic record right from its inception. The campus has been running a +2 program in Management, Humanities, and Education, affiliated to NEB and BBS, BA, BEd, and MBS, affiliated to TU.
The campus has a well spacious and well-furnished library, spacious and well-furnished classrooms, well- equipped computer lab, and a well-managed big hall for indoor extracurricular activities. Kanya campus also has a hostel facility with the support of JNFEA. Currently, about 850 students are studying here.
