Nepal College of Information Technology (NCIT), affiliated with Pokhara University and located in Balkumari, Lalitpur, announces inquiries open for the following programs.
Applicants need at least a second division (45%) or a CGPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale) in+2 / equivalent exams or minimum Grade 'C' (Average of Theory and Practical) in each of the subjects: Mathematics (M), Physics (P) and Chemistry (C).
For A Levels, a minimum grade of D is required in each subject.
The primary objective of NCIT has always been to produce qualified, skilled, and competent manpower with leadership qualities in the fields of engineering and management.
The products of NCIT College will be well-prepared to assume professional responsibilities in various engineering and management sectors soon after graduation.
NCIT also provides an environment for non-classroom, extra-academic activities, such as project preparation, software development, technical paper writing and presentation, quiz contests, and industrial attachments, to enhance the overall capability development of its students.
Besides, NCIT is the official certified training partner of CISCO and Red Hat. Moreover, it also conducts professional training courses, such as Operating System Design, Embedded System Design, various management and technology-related training, conferences, and seminars, which will assist students in their future careers.
The College provides scholarships to deserving students according to PU guidelines. 10% of the annual intake of students is provided scholarships in this category.
The College provides scholarships based on the student’s combined marks of +2/equivalent and the NCIT Entrance Test.
The College awards full scholarships (Semester Fees waiver) to students who achieve an SGPA of 4 in any Semester for the subsequent Semester.
NCIT also awards those students who are class toppers or second- toppers.
