In 2076 B.S., Medha Secondary School was honored for securing the highest SEE results among community schools in Bagmati Province. Additionally, it was declared the Best School of the Year 2076 by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education. In recognition of its outstanding achievements, the school was awarded on the occasion of the 40th National Education Day and the 53rd International Literacy Day by the Ministry of Education.
