Eligibility
For the pre-alphabetic system, eligibility requires passing SLC with Mathematics, English, and Science, or their equivalents, or achieving a minimum of 68.33% in the technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level CMA program.
Under the post-alphabetic system, candidates must have passed SEE with a minimum GPA of 2 and an overall grade point average of 4.0, including compulsory subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science, or their equivalents. Alternatively, achieving a score of 68.33% in the Pre-Diploma level CMA program is also acceptable.

Required Documents
- A copy of the citizenship certificate or a certified birth registration for minors is required to confirm Nepali citizenship.
- Applicants must provide a certificate of permanent residence from their municipality.
- For academic certificates, candidates need to submit their SEE or Technical SLC/Pre-Diploma pass mark sheet, along with attested copies of character certificates and the mark sheet of the test examination for 29-month Technical SLC candidates.
- If candidates studied outside the SEE Board of Nepal, they must provide attested copies of migration and equivalence certificates.
- Additionally, applicants need to submit three recent passport-size photographs (35x45mm) with clear facial features.
- For migrated applicants, a letter from the local authority is required, dated at least six months before the notification’s publication date.
