Curriculum Development Center (CDC)

पाठ्यक्रम विकास केन्द्र

Curriculum Development Center (CDC) was established in 1971 as the Curriculum, Textbook, and Supervision Center, but was renamed in 1997. The center's mission has been to integrate students' needs and interests into school instruction through a learner-centered teaching-learning process since its inception.

CDC, an academic center within the Ministry of Education, was founded with the objective of developing curricula, textbooks, and other instructional materials for school education in order to meet national educational goals. This center holds yearly and recurring discussions, interactions, and dissemination activities about the value of educational resources. It also runs research-based initiatives to ensure that school instruction remains relevant, practical, and competitive.
