Janak Education Materials Center Ltd., a government holding company was established as per the (Ashwin 08, 2035 BS). The registered office of the organization is located in Bhaktapur district Madyapur Thimi municipality.
As of 2020 AD, the organization had a network of 8 branches across the country. The major responsibility of the center is to print books in accordance with the curriculum set by the responsible government bodies in order for common people to have access to them. The purpose is to make the educational products available in an affordable manner.
