This course is suitable for students who want to explore aspects of the law and the justice system. If you want to become a lawyer, you’ll need to go to law school.

Nepal Law Campus has a three-year LL.B. Programme. Those students who have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline can be admitted to this course. Students should participate in the entrance examination conducted by Tribhuvan University for admission in this program. A teaching period is of 50 minutes for each subject. The number of classes shall be 6 for 100 marks and 3 for 50 marks subjects per week.

Teaching strategies consist of lecture, case study, discussion, question-answer, problem-solving, research, seminar, workshop, tutorial, and self-study. The important feature of teaching includes inter-disciplinary approaches, participatory and instructional materials include PowerPoint, overhead projector, whiteboard, notebooks, teaching guides, case materials, etc as required. An annual examination system is applied for this program.

Eligibility

Those students who have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline can be admitted to the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Course.

Admission Criteria

Following documents must be submitted while submitting the application form:

  • Photocopy of mark-sheet showing the applicant has passed Bachelor level in any subjects and Character certificate (1/1 each)
  • Photocopy of Citizenship- One
  • Recent passport-sized photograph- Six pic
  • Bank voucher as proof of payment of a fee

Job Prospects

A law student has numerous opportunities after completion of the course. A Law graduate can be a legal advisor, advocate, solicitor, and teacher or can get employment opportunities in various courts of law, government service, et cetera.

Law students have many options. But they can also work to bring social reforms and teach the same in society.
