Excel Business College, a CG Holdings initiative, is affiliated with Pokhara University and offers Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA), and Bachelors of Business Administration-Banking and Insurance (BBA-BI) programs.

The college is dedicated to provide modern education to the student shaping their minds in a healthy, conducive and academic environment. It is affiliated with Pokhara University and is offering BBA and BBA-BI program. In 2017, Excel Business College started to offer MBA program.

Excel Business College organizes various games like TT, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Football, and Cricket. Debates, Writing Competitions, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Guest Lectures, etc also are organized regularly.

Admission Guidelines

Admission Procedure for BBA & BBA-BI Programs

Must have completed the intermediate, PCL or Plus Two (+2) Level from the Board recognized by Pokhara University.
Minimum 45% or 2nd division score in intermediate or Higher Secondary Level (10+2) or PCL or Pokhara University-recognized Board.
Must pass the entrance test and the interview conducted by the College/University.

The photocopies of the following documents must be submitted along with application form:

Mark sheet and character certificate of SLC or equivalent.
Transcript and character certificate of 10+2 or equivalent.
Two recent passport size photographs.

Admission Procedure for MBA

Applicants applying for MBA should submit their applications to Excel Business College. The application form is available from the College's Front Desk.
Must pass the entrance test and the interview conducted by the College/University.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for admission to the MBA program, an applicant must have a minimum of 15 years’ formal education (12 years of schooling plus three years of graduation). Furthermore, the applicant must have secured a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or 45 percent in Bachelor’s level. The final decision on admission is taken on the basis of scores on the admission test, group discussion and interview.

Completed and Signed MBA Application Form
Copies of all Academic Transcript (SLC onwards)
Copies of all Character Certificate (SLC onwards)
Original Migration Certificate of Last Degree (If any academic degree from a foreign university, the copy of equivalent certificate)
Copy of Citizenship
Two Copies of Recent Passport Size Photographs

Scholarship Scheme for BBA & BBA-BI Programmes

Scholarship for First Semester

Scholarship will be granted upto 100% to those students who have distinguished themselves in the previous level.

PCL & Plus Two (+2) or Equivalent	Scholarship
University or HSEB Topper	100% scholarship in semester & tuition fees
80% and above	40% scholarship in semester & tuition fees
75% to 79%	30% scholarship in semester & tuition fees
71% to 74%	20% scholarship in semester & tuition fees
66% to 70%	15% scholarship in semester & tuition fees
61% to 65%	10% scholarship in semester & tuition fees
55% to 60%	5% scholarship in semester & tuition fees

Scholarship for Second to Eighth Semester

Scholarship for 2^nd through 8^th semester will be granted based on the previous semester’s result. Scholarship will be given only to the 1st three candidates –either university or college topper. Deserving students can avail of only one scholarship at a time.
