Admission Open For Plus Two at Nava Jyoti SS/College

Nava Jyoti Secondary School/College has announced admissions open for its +2 programs for the academic session. Located at Basukimarg, Koteshwor-32, Kathmandu, the school provides education through experienced faculty, a result-oriented approach, and a focus on conceptual clarity and student development. The school has opened admission for the following programs:

Ten Plus Two (+2) Science
Ten Plus Two (+2) Management

Eligibility

For Science

Students securing at least a 2.85 GPA in SEE or an equivalent recognized board, with a B+ grade in each of Science, Compulsory Mathematics, Optional Mathematics, and English, will be eligible for the science stream.

For Management

Students securing at least a 2.00 GPA in SEE or an equivalent recognized board, with a C+ grade in each of Compulsory Mathematics and English, will be eligible. Admission is based on the entrance exam and interview.

Entrance Exam Form

The entrance application form will be available on the college website.
The prospectus, fee structure, model questions, entrance symbol number, entrance date, and time will be sent to your registered email ID.

Entrance Exam

After filling out the form, the date and time of the entrance exam will be sent to your email.
The entrance exam will be computer-based at UPS.
Entrance questions include Science 40 marks + Maths 40 marks + English 20 marks.
For management, the entrance questions grid will be English 25+ Maths 25.
The entrance result will be published within 24 hours of examination.
The result will be informed via SMS.
Only meritorious students who are listed in the merit list are informed of either direct admission or an interview. The date of the interview will be given along with result.

Admission

Selected students from the Entrance and/or Interview will be eligible for admission. Students who are on the list of direct admission from the entrance result should not appear for the interview. They can get admitted directly within the deadline. Those students who are listed for an interview can get admission only when they pass the interview.
The number of eligible students will be higher than the capacity of the student; therefore, students are advised to secure admission before the seats are filled.
UPS will provide scholarships to deserving students on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the scholarship section for your eligibility for the scholarship.

Note: The Entrance exam based scholarship quota is limited so it will be provided according to First Come First Admission Basis from the first Entrance Exam.

Scholarship schemes for the underprivileged, Dalit, Adhibashi, Janjati, Madhesi, remote, and financially poor groups will be provided according to the Government provision by the concerned authorities.
Limited number of students will be provided this scholarship on merit basis.
