In Science Stream, the students are divided into two groups: Physical and Biological.
- Physical Group – In this group students take courses: English, Nepali, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science. This is for students opting for Engineering and other fields of Physical Sciences.
- Biological Group – In this group students take courses: English, Nepali, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. This is for the students who are interested in medicine, Biotechnology, Biosciences, and other related fields.
