Grade 11 Scholarships Notice from Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City

Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City Office of the Municipal Executive, Educational Administration Division Lumbini Province, Dang, announces application for Studying in Grade 11 on Scholarship.

Regarding this matter, as per the decision of the Institutional School Scholarship Management Committee of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City, students who wish to study on a scholarship in institutional schools within Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City for the academic session 2081 are informed to submit their applications to the Educational Administration Division until Ashar 28, 2081 (July 12, 2024)

Documents to be Submitted

• Copy of SEE Passed Grade Sheet.
• 1 recent passport size photo
• Copy of Citizenship or Birth Certificate
• If the resident has no permanent address in the citizenship or birth certificate, a copy of the migration registration certificate.
• For applicants from deceased families, martyr families, families of those injured in the people's movement, or families injured in the Madhes movement: 
  • Copy of the recommendation letter from the concerned district administration office.
  • Proof of relationship from the concerned ward office.
• For the Indigenous Nationalities:
  • Copy of the indigenous nationality recommendation letter from the concerned district administration office if the caste and status are not included in the Indigenous Nationalities Commission's list of the indigenous community.
• A copy of recommendation letter in the case of students passed from a community school issued by the concerned school.
