Pokhara Metropolitan City has officially invited applications from students seeking admission to Grade 11 under the scholarship quota for the academic session 2083 BS.
According to a notice issued by the Office of the Municipal Executive, students who have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) and wish to study in institutional schools within Pokhara Metropolitan City under the scholarship scheme can apply within the given deadline.
The metropolitan office stated that applications can be submitted at the Educational Administration Division, Ward No. 17, along with the required supporting documents.

Documents to be Submitted
- Copy of SEE Passed Grade Sheet.
- For applicants from deceased families, martyr families, families of those injured in the people's movement, or families injured in the Madhes movement:
- Copy of the recommendation letter from the concerned district administration office.
- Proof of relationship from the concerned ward office.
- For the Dalit quota:
- Copy of the Dalit recommendation letter from the District Administration Office, if the caste and status are not included in the National Dalit Commission's list of the Dalit community.
- For the Indigenous Nationalities:
- Copy of the indigenous nationality recommendation letter from the concerned district administration office, if the caste and status are not included in the Indigenous Nationalities Commission's list of the indigenous community.
- For the poverty quota:
- Copy of the poverty identification card from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, or if not available, a recommendation letter from the concerned ward office.
- For the Jehendar quota:
- Copy of the Upper Grade Sheet from SEE.
- For the disabled quota:
- Copy of the Disabled Identity Card.
