Scholarship Quota System
- Total scholarship quota: 10% of total enrollment capacity
Distribution:
- Open Group (Jehendra): 55%
- Inclusive Group: 45%
Important rule:
- If inclusive quota seats are not filled, they will be transferred to the open group

Madhesi:
- Certificate from a recognized institution or the District Administration Office verification
Economically Disadvantaged:
- Recommendation letter from the Ward Office confirming poor family status
Persons with Disabilities:
- Disability identity card certified by the local authority
Marginalized Groups:
- Documents recognized by the Government of Nepal
