Forestry is practiced in plantations and natural stands. The science of forestry has elements that belong to the biological, physical, social, political and managerial sciences.[
Eligibility
The Candidate must have passed +2 Science/A Level or Equivalent with Biology or Mathematics or 3 years Diploma in Forestry from any recognized academic institution with minimum 50% marks or C+ (GPA 2.40) in aggregate.
Students aspiring to get admission into the B.Sc. Forestry program of Purbanchal University have to go through an entrance examination conducted by the Purbanchal University and are selected on their merit scores.
