The B. Sc. Nursing Curriculum of BPKIHS is committed to produce health manpower needed and deemed appropriate for the Twenty first Century. The curriculum spread over four years covers wide spectrum incorporating medical sciences, behavioral sciences, social sciences with managerial skills and clinical experiences as the major segment of the course. The curriculum is integrated, community oriented, partially community based, problem based and predominantly student centered.
Structure of the Examination (B.Sc. Nursing)
The Entrance Examination comprises of multiple choice questions in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, General Knowledge and Aptitude for Nursing. The Entrance Examination will be of 3½ hours duration and will have one paper consisting of 200 Multiple Choice Questions.
The language of the question paper will be English.
The distribution of marks will be as follows:
