• Video Backup
  Gurukul CA is committed to providing students with quality education and support by offering free video classes as a backup. These video classes are available anytime, anywhere, and can also be accessed offline. This allows students to catch up on missed regular lectures or revise topics at their convenience, making it easier to prepare for CA exams even if regular classes are missed for any reason.
• Student-Friendly Notes
  Gurukul CA takes pride in its own self-made books, carefully crafted by a team of experienced and knowledgeable teachers. These books cover all important concepts and topics tested in various CA exams and are written in a clear and simple manner to make them easy for students to understand.
• PDP (Professional Development Program)
  Gurukul CA organizes a Professional Development Program specifically designed to enhance the soft skills of students who have appeared in both groups of the CA Application exams and are awaiting results. The program includes a range of topics and workshops aimed at helping students improve their skills and advance their careers.
• Counseling
  Proper counseling is provided to students not only during admissions but also throughout their studies. The CA course is known to be challenging, and students may sometimes feel confused or need proper guidance. Gurukul CA believes that with the right counseling, students can gain greater speed and achieve their dreams.
• Library
  All study materials, including Gurukul CA's self-designed materials and suggested answers to past questions, are provided to students free of cost. For students who wish to refer to books by other authors, a library is available at both the Bagbazaar and Baneshwor locations.
• Canteen
  In-house canteen facilities are available for both students and teachers at all Gurukul CA locations. Students can purchase a food coupon one hour before the break to ensure freshly served food at break time. The food served in the canteen is both hygienic and nutritious.
• Hostel Support
  Although Gurukul CA does not operate its own hostels, students are provided with a list of hostels located near the campus. Students are encouraged to find accommodation within walking distance so they can walk to the campus and save on transportation costs.
• Internship Support
  After passing CA Application exams, students are required to register for internship training, also known as articleship. Gurukul CA helps students find suitable internship placements. Training is provided in interview preparation, resume writing, and interview skills to help students get selected.

Eligibility Criteria for the Foundation Course at ICAN

• To be eligible for registration in Foundation,
  1. Students must have appeared Grade XII exams (If Grade XII results are pending then also candidates are eligible for registration under ICAN. And if Grade XII results are published, then well and good).
  2. If the results are pending of Grade XII, students must be sure that their score will be atleast 2 GPA/40% marks/C because if the Grades are less, the registration will be cancelled by ICAN. So Exam appeared and result awaiting students of Grade XII are advised to either wait for results and enroll in the next session or be sure that they will be getting atleast 2 GPA/40%/C to enroll without waiting for the results.
  3. Students from any stream (Science (physical group/Bio Group), Management, Law, Humanities, A Levels) are eligibile for Foundation. The level should match that of Grade XII with whatever subjects it has.
  4. There are no any entrance exams for Foundation. Student can enroll in ICAN and start preparing for the exams.

Eligibility Criteria for Registration in Application Level (ICAN)

To enroll in the Application Level, a candidate must meet one of the following conditions:

• Pass the Foundation Examination, OR
• Be a Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks.

Important Note:

Graduates and Post Graduates with 50 percent or more marks are allowed to enter the Application Level directly without passing the Foundation examination. This is also known as the direct entry route.

However, if a Graduate or Post Graduate has an aggregate mark of less than 50 percent, direct entry to the Application Level is not permitted. In such cases, the candidate must first pass the Foundation Examination to become eligible for registration in the Application Level.

Eligibility Criteria for Registration in Advisory Level (ICAN)

To enroll in the Advisory Level, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Pass the Application Level (both groups)
• Complete 40 hours of IT Training
• Complete GMCS (General Management and Communication Skills)
• Register as an Article Trainee under a practicing Chartered Accountant by signing a deed of articleship. The signed deed of articleship must be submitted to ICAN within one month of signing.
