Notes:

  • The date and time are fixed and cannot be rescheduled.
  • The application fee, Rs. 125/-, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Scholarships are allotted based on SEE GPA and entrance test performance. The scholarship list will be published on the day of the entrance results.
  • If any candidate is found to have provided false information in the application form or during the entrance process, their result will be declared null and void.

Eligibility to Apply in Grade XI, Science

Students applying for Grade XI Science must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have successfully completed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) from the National Examination Board (NEB), Nepal.
  • Must have secured a minimum aggregate GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have studied Optional Mathematics in SEE.
  • Must have obtained at least Grade ‘B’ in Compulsory English (TH), Compulsory Mathematics (TH), Optional Mathematics (TH), and Science (TH).
  • Year-gap students are not eligible to apply.

Eligibility to Apply in Grade XI, Management

Students applying for Grade XI Management must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have successfully completed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) from the National Examination Board (NEB), Nepal.
  • Must have secured a minimum aggregate GPA of 2.5.
  • Must have obtained at least Grade ‘C’ in all subjects.
  • Year-gap students are not eligible to apply.

Important Notes

  • Students are encouraged to use public transportation or online ride services, as they are convenient and cost-effective. Assistance for arranging online rides after classes can be provided if required.
  • Recommended private hostels offering hygienic food, 24-hour care, and proper supervision are available for students.

Scholarship Opportunities

Scholarships of up to 100% are available for deserving and meritorious students.

Students receiving scholarships must maintain strong academic performance. Scholarship facilities may be forfeited if students fail to secure top positions or do not pass the regularly conducted internal examinations.
