MSc Entrance Application Process

• The link of the application form of the entrance examination should be filled by the applicant himself and submitted online here.
• The application form can be filled at any time within the specified period. The online form will automatically close after the specified time.
• Amount of entrance examination fee Rs. 2,200. Fees can be submitted online using the app and link on the online portal.
• In order to prove the minimum qualification of the application, it is advised to fill the online form only after preparing the transcript, mark sheets, equivalency certificate, applicant's signature (using black ink) and MRP standard photo. In the absence of graduation level transcripts, a single PDF file of all the marksheets of all the years should be created and uploaded.
• Students can select the center they want to take the exam from among the available exam centers.
• Acknowledgment Page should be downloaded and kept after application. Admit Card can be obtained by using the information and the voucher code received from the bank, according to the status of your application and after the specified time. Admit Card Applicants have to color print it themselves and go to the exam center designated by them and take the entrance exam.
• When going to take the entrance exam, in addition to the admit card, you must also bring an ID with a photo showing your identity (such as citizenship certificate or driver's license or national identity card or passport or admit card of the last educational level).

MSc Entrance Examination Details

• The entrance exam will be worth 100 full marks and the duration will be 2 hours. In which the related subject of B.Sc or similar will be as per the syllabus prescribed by the committee.
• The questions will be Objective or Multiple choice questions. Each question will carry 1 (one) weightage.
• To pass the entrance examination, 35% marks must be obtained.
• The sample question paper of the entrance examination can be viewed from the webpage of the concerned central department.

Minimum Eligibility for Master of Science 

• Passed Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in related subjects from Tribhuvan University or any education institution recognized by Tribhuvan University.
