Located in Sundarharaincha-12, Biratchowk, Morang, Subijimur Memorial Secondary School stands as a symbol of resilience, dedication, and academic excellence. Originally established in 2047 B.S. as Godawari Vidya Mandir, the school gained prominence as one of the oldest and most respected private academic institutions in the region. In 2051 B.S., it was formally registered as Birat English Boarding School with the Ministry of Education and Sports, Government of Nepal.
The school faced a tragic loss in 2053 B.S. when five students—Suman, Biwek, Jiwan, Muna, and Ranjita—lost their lives in a bus accident on their way to school. In their memory, the school was renamed Subijimur Memorial Secondary School, using the first letters of the students' names to keep their spirits alive forever.
The school, with its motto "Children's glory is our aim and satisfaction," offers education from Play Group to Grade 12. Subijimur Memorial has a legacy of 27 years in providing quality education. With modern facilities such as Smart Board classrooms, CCTV surveillance, well-equipped Computer and Science Labs, and a range of extracurricular activities like Dance classes, it ensures a safe, innovative, and enriching learning environment. The school also provides Hostel facilities and Online Virtual Classes, along with well-trained, qualified, and experienced teachers to guide students toward academic success
