Kathmandu, January 31, After successfully organizing more than a dozen pre-events, the 17th national technological festival Locus 2020 has been successfully inaugurated. Minister for Youth and Sports Mr. Jagat Bahadur Bishwakarma inaugurated the event today in the presence of many dignified personalities, celebrities, and public figures.
LOCUS is a technological festival organized jointly by students of Electronics, Computer and Electrical Departments of Pulchowk Campus. This year LOCUS is being organized for the 17th time with the theme, “Technology for Sustainability” from January 31st to February 2nd, 2020.
Various Projects in the aforementioned themes from various Engineering Colleges and +2 Colleges were displayed in the form of Hardware and Software Projects.
Every year LOCUS conducts many skill development programs, competitive hardware, software, and electrical events among students from various national level colleges as well as non-competitive events like exhibition, seminars, paper presentation, gaming competitions, simulation competition and many more providing a platform for interaction and healthy competition among creative minds in technical fields and marketing management.
The entry for LOCUS 2020 is free and has many exciting events like Dronacharya, RoboPop, RoboWarZ, Musical Eve, Code Camp, Code Jam and Gaming Stalls whcih everyone can indulge in.
