Kathmandu Model College, affiliated with Tribhuvan University, will be hosting it's 20th Convocation Ceromony on Mangsir 16, 2080 (December 02, 2023). Principal of KMC, Surendra Subedi provided information and announced that the event would take place in the college hall in Bagbazar.
Established in the year 2060 B.S., Kathmandu Model College offers various programs under Tribhuvan University, including MBS, MA in English, BBA, BBS, BASW, BBA, BBM and BA. The college aims to educate and graduate students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Graduates with degrees such as BBS, BBA, and postgraduates with MBA and MA in English were honored in the convocation.
This year, the college achieved a Level 3 accreditation status from the University Grants Commission. In addition to the prescribed courses, the college engages in various educational activities, providing students and teachers with different training programs. The college emphasizes enhancing students' educational standards, enabling them to compete globally. The institution has set a goal to produce competent students who can contribute to the global market.
Kathmandu Model College, equipped with a strong educational foundation, has been contributing to the country's education sector. This year, the college has received recognition from the Ministry of Education, Government of Nepal, as one of best the private colleges nationwide.
