Gateway College of Professional Studies successfully hosted the 6th Season of their annual event, "Momos & More," on January 06, 2024. The event, organized by 6th-semester students, featured an array of 15 momo varieties, ranging from classic to innovative creations such as Afghani Malai Momo, Tuna Potato Momo, Special 'Manange' Momo, Spicy Corn Momo, and Kimchi Pork Momo, among others.
In addition to the diverse momo offerings, the event showcased a variety of dishes, including live barbecued pork, spicy chicken wings, and an assortment of bakery products. Impressively, all these delectable items were prepared exclusively by the talented 6th-semester students themselves. Trained student bartenders and baristas were on hand to serve an array of cocktails, mocktails, and coffee drinks.
The event attracted a diverse audience from different sectors, including hoteliers, academicians, corporate professionals, and students and youth from various fields. The one-day extravaganza, managed by the proficient 6th-semester students, was a resounding success.
