CTEVT Announces Implementation of Revised Curriculum for Health-Related Programs

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has issued an urgent notice regarding the implementation of the revised curriculum for various health-related programs under the Curriculum Development and Equivalence Directorate.

The revised curricula are set to be introduced in the upcoming academic sessions for the following programs:

  1. PCL Diploma in Health Sciences (First Year - All except Nursing and Midwifery):

    • Implementation begins from the new academic session of 2081 BS (2024 AD).
  2. PCL in General Medicine (2nd and 3rd Year):

    • The revised curriculum will be enforced starting from 2081 BS (2024 AD).
  3. Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (3rd Year):

    • The new syllabus will be applicable from the academic session of 2081 BS (2024 AD).
  4. Certificate in Diagnostic Radiography (2nd and 3rd Year):

    • The updated curriculum will be implemented from 2081 BS (2024 AD).
  5. PCL in Ophthalmic Science (2nd and 3rd Year):

    • The revised curriculum will take effect from the academic session of 2081 BS (2024 AD).
  6. Diploma in Yog and Naturopathy (2nd and 3rd Year):

    • The updated syllabus will be enforced starting from the 2081 BS (2024 AD) academic year.
