Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology, announces applications open for colleges/campuses that have obtained Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) or are within the criteria set by the concerned Dean's office for BSc CSIT and BIT programs.
Eligible campuses can apply for the addition of the above-mentioned programs by submitting their applications to the concerned Dean's office.
The deadline for submitting applications is up to the end of Baisakh month. Any applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

Required Documents
- Application form of campus/college,
- Proposal of Program Management,
- A copy of the decision of board to add the program,
- QAA Certificate and QAA Expiration Document,
- Approved Statute of college/campus,
- Campus/College renewal letter,
- Acceptance letter in case of transfer or change of name,
- Approval letter of the undergraduate program under the Institute of Science and Technology (In the case of campuses/colleges with post-graduation programs, also the approval letter for the post-graduation program),
- Student admission details and pass percentage for last three years,
- The appointment letter of the coordinator according to the relevant subject for conducting the program and his personal details,
- Physical infrastructure details (buildings, labs, sports grounds etc.),
- A copy of the PAN of all the members of the board of directors and the organization,
- An audit report of the last financial year,
- Tax payment certificate for last financial year,
- Real state owned certified document where the campus operates (Lalpurja),
- If the campus does not own real estate, an agreement letter for at least ten years, and a certified copy of Lalpurja,
- Commitment to meet the standards to conduct technical and professional programs set by the Institute of Science and Technology,
- Details of the teachers/staff available for the respective programs along with their educational qualifications,
- Documents relevant to the specified field as required by the program,
- Commitment letter promising not to run any Tribhuvan University-exclusive programs, boards, or councils,
- Agreement letter with the teachers involved in the proposed program.
