A bakery is an establishment that produces and sells varieties of flour-based food baked in an oven, such as yeast bread, quick bread, sponges, fillings and frostings, cakes and pastries, and pies and tarts with the addition of a variety of Western and Indian desserts.

Upon completing the course, students could bake and prepare different bakery products, open their own bakery, cafes and coffee shops, dessert lounges, and chocolate stations, or even work in renowned four—or five-star properties.

Curricular Structure

1 Month Bakery Course

  • This course is particularly design for beginners. Student will be introduce to equipment, safety, hygiene, and by the course completion student will learn following items: Cookies, bread, puff pastry, pies, brownies, muffins and birthday cake.

3 Months Bakery Course

  • This is advanced form of basic course, student will get more practical hour. It focuses in kitchen management too. It covers following items: Cookies, bread, puff pastry, pies, brownies, muffins, pizza, tarts, cakes and cake decoration.

2 Weeks Intensive Course

  • This course is designed for those who have time constraint and eager to learn in limited time frame. Beside basic course, this course emphasis upon few specialized bakery item.
