Rastriya College is located in Sukhad, Kailali. It is a community campus affiliated with Tribhuvan University. It offers Bachelor Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) in Rural Development program .
